Safeco announced Tuesday, April 7th, that personal auto customers will receive a 15% refund of two months of their annual premium. The refunds will happen automatically and will be issued by check or in the manner the customer made their most recent payment.

Travelers announced Wednesday, April 8th, that personal auto customers will receive a 15% credit on their April and May auto premiums. Travelers will automatically credit customers’ accounts.
Progressive announced Thursday, April 9th, that all active personal auto customers will be automatically credited 20% of their April and May premiums. Customers will not need to take any actions to receive these benefits. The credit will automatically be applied to your policy. At the end of each month, they will calculate your credit and you will see this reflected in your account within a few weeks. If you have paid your premium in full, you will receive a payment of the credited amount.

MetLife announced Tuesday, April 14th, that all customers who are paid to date will receive a 15% credit for April and May based on their monthly premiums. No customer action is required to receive the credit. MetLife will automatically apply a future credit to the customer's account. For customers who have paid in full, they will receive a payment equivalent to the credit(s).
State Auto announced Tuesday, April 21st, that they are launching an "In this Together" initiative. Customers will receive a one-time 5% discount on their entire personal auto premium at their next renewal. There is nothing customers need to do to receive this discount. It will apply to every State Auto personal auto policy in force as of June 1st 2020.Second, if you have a State Auto connect auto policy, you have the opportunity to save an additional 10% right away by participating in the State Auto 360 program. This program adjusts your premium based on how much you drive and how safe you drive. To enroll, please call our office and we will be happy to help you sign up for the 360 program.
National General announced Friday, April 24th, that they will apply a 15% credit for all customers that have an in-force auto policy as of April 30th. This credit will automatically happen on customers accounts and will not impact a customers in-force coverage.
