Hallie Pearson Swindoll
Principal Agent, Hallie Pearson Swindoll, is the second-generation owner of Pearson & Company Insurance. She's worked in the family business since she was a teenager, becoming a licensed agent in 2010. Hallie is our resident expert for your small business insurance, life insurance, and non-profit insurance needs. Her favorite customers to work with are first time homebuyers and non-profit organizations. She and her husband, Zach, enjoy spending time with their daughter, Anne Warren, traveling, and going to concerts. After hours and on the weekends, you may find Hallie at her family's other business, Baskin-Robbins Ice Cream! Hallie has been named Meridian's Insurance Agent of the Year multiple times, named to Meridian's Top 20 under 40, has served as President of Junior Auxiliary, served with the Hope Village Guild, and currently serves as VP Meridian for the Mississippi Children's Museum- Meridian Partners, and Recording Secretary for the MCM-Meridian Advisory Committee. Hallie, Zach, and Anne Warren attend St. Paul's Episcopal Church.
Mandy Bateman
Mandy Bateman is a licensed agent who has been with Pearson & Company Insurance since 2009. She is our office manager, billing specialist, and expert in all personal lines insurance. Need help with home insurance, auto insurance, renters insurance, boat insurance or camper insurance? Mandy will take care of you! Question about your bill? Mandy is here to help. She has been named one of Meridian's Best CSR's by the Meridian Star Reader's Choice. Outside of the office, you will find Mandy with her two boys, Zach and Reece. She is a lover of music and sings in the choir at Northcrest Baptist Church. Every summer, Mandy devotes her time volunteering with Love Out Loud.
Virginia Harvey
Virginia Harvey has worked at Pearson & Company Insurance as our book keeper since 2005. She brings over 35 years of insurance experience in both commercial lines and personal lines to our office. Outside of work, she enjoys staying busy spending time with her family, traveling, quilting, baking, and painting. She is an active member of Russell Baptist Church.
